During her tenure as Vice President of Program Services at Presbyterian Night Shelter, the largest homeless provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Debbi spearheaded transformative initiatives. Her strategic vision led to the expansion of programs, facilitating the transition of over 11,000 individuals from homelessness to housing. Notably, her adeptness in government grant writing and compliance secured over $70 million in funding, amplifying the organization's impact.

Debbi holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, which laid the foundation for her commitment to social impact. Her expertise spans program development, evaluation, and nonprofit leadership, driven by an unwavering dedication to solving complex societal issues.

Prior to her nonprofit endeavors, Debbi honed her skills in the banking industry, holding vice president roles in esteemed institutions like Bank of America and Regions Bank. This experience equipped her with invaluable insights and allowed her to acquire business assessment skills as she worked to provide funding to companies across various industries.
